nearly been a year since i last updated my journal entry.. although DA has and never will leave my heart..i would check messages every now and then to see works of my dear friends and drop a comment or two when i feel like it..I owed a lot to DA actually..it's because of DA that I had this desire to become better at drawing, made me learn Photoshop on my own (thanks to the awesome tutorials!) and made me realised that there are a loooooooot of super talented people out there, yearning for their works to be seen and heard (otherwise why would we be on DA in the 1st place right? - tell me if I'm wrong here)

nonetheless, I will NEVER deactivate my account even when I have nothing new to show (I have, but they're all just sketches) cos DA used to be a part of my escapism, where I get to meet people with similar interests and the same crazy minds (cos my life right now is sooo black and white now, it needs color every now and then, otherwise I'd go bonkers!)

and thanks to DA too, my parents FINALLY approve of me drawing (when I was a kid, they were soo against it, especially my mum,probably for my own benefit - I would prefer to draw rather than study)..now they're totally on board as I proved them that I still am a success with a passion to scribble stuff,that's all..

maybe i'll post new artworks, but since I'm too busy/lazy to do so, there's no promises!
